Color: Light Coloring on Edge of Ears, Lighter Face/Ears
Cosby is one of four siblings who were turned in to the shelter by their owner. He is one of three little boys in the group and is the one with the more consistent light brown coloring, especially on his face and front legs. All of these little ones are as cute as they can be and have great personalities. They are red bone hound mix and are eight weeks old. Since they were surrendered to the shelter by their owner, there is no stray hold, so they are all ready to go to their new homes, and they urgently need to go as soon as possible. The environment of a public animal shelter is such that every dog, every cat, and every person on the premises is potentially a carrier of viral or bacterial agents that are very deadly to unvaccinated animals, especially puppies and kittens. It is heart-breaking, but numerous puppies are lost by contracting parvovirus in the shelter. The suffering and death of precious little puppies from such a deadly virus is preventable by a simple and cheap series of vaccinations, but most puppies unfortunately do not receive those vaccinations before they end up at the shelter. Because of the likelihood of exposure, it is CRITICAL that Cosby and his siblings, and all the other puppies at the shelter find foster or adoptive homes as soon as possible.
